Venanssa has more than 20 years of extensive haemodialysis and teaching experiences; both in private and non-profit institutions.
Her expertise is to provide clinical leadership and development strategies for its teams of nurses.
In Year 2009, she won the “Nurse Excellence Award” and was nominated to attend the EDTNA conference in Germany within the Kidney Dialysis Foundation (KDF) group.
Venanssa holds an Advance Diploma in Nephro - Urology Nursing and Bachelor of Nursing from University Of Sydney.
