The Diaverum Singapore team came together with their families for a refreshing walk at Gardens by the Bay as part of our Diaverum for Health Challenge, promoting wellness and team spirit. The walk began with a scenic trail around the outdoors of Gardens by the Bay, offering stunning views of Singapore’s landscapes and lush greenery.

Venanssa Goh, Country Manager of Diaverum Singapore shared, “In our hurried, daily lives, it's easy to overlook the value of stepping back and reconnecting with nature, especially in Singapore, where it's hard to escape the concrete jungle. This health challenge offered a great opportunity to enjoy a healthy dose of sun and serotonin through a brisk walk, which also enhanced team building as our group practiced communication skills throughout the program. A special thanks to the team members for taking their weekend off to participate in this meaningful health challenge."

After the scorching outdoor walk, the team gathered at the Cloud Forest in Gardens by the Bay to cool down and enjoy the vibrant flowers and lush greenery. Immersing in nature not only provided a refreshing break from the heat, but also offered several health benefits, such as reducing stress, boosting mood, and promoting relaxation. The cool, tranquil environment of the Cloud Forest allowed the team to unwind and recharge, reinforcing the importance of mental well-being alongside physical activity in this health challenge.

Mark Gacang, Country Nursing Manager of Diaverum Singapore added, “The Singapore team proudly participated in the global Diaverum for Health Challenge held at Gardens by the Bay. Our team adored a rejuvenating walk and explored the Cloud Forest, embracing its spectacle and calming vibes it offers. This event saw enthusiastic participation across Diaverum Singapore staff, many of whom brought their spouses, children, and friends along. We deeply appreciated the dedication shown by our team, who managed to carve out time from their busy schedules to engage in this meaningful activity. Together, we celebrated health, community, and wellness, strengthening our commitment to a healthier future for everyone.”
