Woodlands Health (WH), Singapore’s newest hospital located in the west, has been progressively receiving patients since December 2023 and officially opened in May 2024. Earlier, on February 14th, 2024, we had the honor of hosting WH Renal Team at Diaverum Woodlands. They had requested a visit to our center, and it was our pleasure to conduct the site visit and share details about our infrastructure layout and the services we offer.
The visiting Renal Team from WH consisted of Dr. Mark Boxall, Renal Head, and Janice Tng Jia Ying, Renal Medical Social Worker, Nurses and their Operations Manager. During their visit, we introduced them to our clinical team at Diaverum Woodlands and showcased the new facilities we have following our recent renovations. This introduction served as a foundation for potential future collaborations and working opportunities between our teams. We hope there will be opportunities for us to collaborate closely in the future to enhance renal care services for our patients.
On 17th May, our team visited the Woodlands Health Renal Ward and shared our brochures with them. This visit allowed us to further acquaint ourselves with their operations and continue building a strong partnership aimed at improving patient care.
